Live cam sites bill through payment processors, so your statement usually shows a processor or billing name rather than the full site name: ECHST.NET or EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL for Streamate, MFCBill.com*Tokens or MFCGate.com*Tokens for MyFreeCams, and a processor name such as Paymentico for Stripchat. BongaCams shows BNGCM. at checkout; sites that publish nothing are marked, with third-party reports kept separate.
Short answer: Card statements usually show a processor or billing name rather than the full site name, and some strings contain an abbreviation of the site (MyFreeCams publishes MFCBill.comTokens and MFCGate.comTokens). Only some sites publish which name to expect. Streamate, Jerkmate, MyFreeCams and Stripchat publish theirs, BongaCams shows its name at checkout (BNGCM. or TRUSTPAY.COM *BNGCM.), and Chaturbate and CamSoda do not publish one on the pages we checked.
This guide lists the published names first, marks what is not published, and keeps third-party observations in clearly labelled boxes so you can tell the difference. Checked on 25 October 2026.
Why does the site name not appear on the statement?
Card payments on cam sites are processed by specialised billing companies, and the name on your statement is the merchant descriptor those companies register, which is usually the processor or the operator rather than the full website name; some descriptors carry an abbreviation of the site. Stripchat's help centre states this directly: transactions may appear under one of several provider names, depending on which provider handled the payment.
The practical effect is privacy for you and confusion a week later when you see an unfamiliar string. The sections below tell you which strings belong to which site, and where that is not published, how to find out.
Which names do the sites publish?
Four sites publish their billing names on their own pages: Streamate and Jerkmate (same operator, ICF Technology), MyFreeCams and Stripchat; BongaCams shows its name on the checkout screen rather than on a public page. These are the names you can rely on; everything else in this guide is marked as not published or as a third-party observation.
| Site | Published statement names | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Streamate | ECHST.NET; EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL; PayPal.com *ICFTECH or PayPal *ICFTECH | streamate.com/support |
| Jerkmate | Same operator names as Streamate: ECHST.NET, EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL, PayPal *ICFTECH | streamate.com/support |
| MyFreeCams | CCBill.com ActiveSoft; MFCBill.comTokens; MFCGate.comTokens; SegPayMFCXY | wiki.myfreecams.com Billing Help |
| Stripchat | One of several provider names listed in the help centre, e.g. Paymentico; at checkout, Segpay for PayPal and Paymentico for Wero, Revolut and N26 | support.stripchat.com; Stripchat checkout (German account, 25 Oct 2026) |
| BongaCams | Shown at checkout: BNGCM. (card via LPB) or TRUSTPAY.COM *BNGCM. (card via TrustPay); Epoch and SEGPAYEU.COM named as processors | BongaCams checkout (German account, 25 Oct 2026) |
What does Stripchat show on a statement?
Stripchat shows the name of the payment provider that processed your purchase, and its help centre keeps the list of possible names, with a separate article explaining that Paymentico is a card processor for live entertainment sites. The help centre also notes that the statement date can be a day or two after the purchase date.
Open the help centre list before you buy if you want certainty; the provider assigned to your transaction decides the name. At the German checkout on 25 October 2026, PayPal payments were marked as billed via Segpay and Wero, Revolut and N26 payments via Paymentico, so those are the names to expect for these methods. What do Streamate and Jerkmate show?
Streamate's support page publishes the names directly: card charges appear as ECHST.NET or EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL, and PayPal payments as PayPal.com *ICFTECH or PayPal *ICFTECH. Jerkmate runs on the same ICF Technology platform, so the same operator names apply.
Because these come from the operator, you can match them to your statement with confidence. The Streamate review covers the per-minute billing behind them.
What does MyFreeCams show?
MyFreeCams publishes four strings in its billing help: CCBill.com ActiveSoft, MFCBill.comTokens, MFCGate.comTokens and SegPayMFCXY, depending on the processor used. The same page explains that a charge can show a slightly higher authorisation amount before the settled charge appears at the posted price, and that the statement date can be a day or two later.
MyFreeCams also asks customers to contact its support rather than the card issuer about refunds, which is covered in our cam token refunds guide.
What does BongaCams show on a statement?
BongaCams does not publish its billing name on its terms or public pages, but the checkout states it. Seen at checkout from a German account on 25 October 2026: card payments via LPB (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) appear as BNGCM. and card payments via TrustPay (Visa, Mastercard) as TRUSTPAY.COM *BNGCM.; the checkout also names Epoch and SEGPAYEU.COM as processors, so other methods may show one of those names instead.
Because BongaCams' terms require complaints within 24 hours, check your statement promptly after a purchase. Read more in our BongaCams review.
Which sites do not publish their statement name?
Chaturbate and CamSoda do not publish an exact statement string on the help pages and terms we checked, so for these two sites the name is not published by the provider as of 25 October 2026. CamSoda names its processors (Epoch, Segpay, CCBill) without the descriptor, and Chaturbate's help centre search returned nothing on statement names. BongaCams' terms only say payments are processed by third-party providers, but its checkout shows the name, see above.
For these two sites, the reliable route is to check your first statement promptly. Third-party observations exist and are shown below, clearly labelled.
| Site | Published? | What the provider says |
|---|---|---|
| Chaturbate | No | Payments by card, wire, check or crypto; no descriptor on the pages checked |
| CamSoda | No | Processors Epoch, Segpay, CCBill named; no descriptor on the pages checked |
How do you identify an unknown charge?
Compare the amount and date with your purchase history on the site, allowing for a one or two day delay and for authorisations that are briefly higher than the settled price, then match the name against the published lists above. If the charge still does not fit, contact the site's billing support before disputing it with your bank, because a chargeback can lead to the account being closed.
Stripchat, CamSoda and MyFreeCams all describe this order on their help pages: support first, bank second. For unauthorized charges, CamSoda asks you to contact both its billing support and the processor immediately.
How do you keep cam site billing discreet?
Processor names already keep the site off your statement; the rest is about the account and the amounts. Use a separate email address, switch off automatic refills, and consider a prepaid method where available: Stripchat and CamSoda accept paysafecard, and several sites accept crypto, as explained in paying for live cam sites without a credit card.
For the full picture of each site's billing, see the best live cam sites hub and the individual reviews.
What do the processor names mean?
The names in this guide belong to payment processors and operating companies: Epoch, SegPay and CCBill are billing companies that handle card payments for many adult and entertainment sites, ECHST.NET is a billing name of ICF Technology, the operator behind Streamate and Jerkmate, Paymentico is a card processor Stripchat names, BNGCM. is the string BongaCams' checkout shows for card payments, and MFCBill.comTokens and MFCGate.comTokens are MyFreeCams' own billing names. A processor name on your statement therefore does not tell you which site you used unless the site publishes the mapping.
That is why the same processor can appear for different sites: CamSoda names Epoch and Segpay, MyFreeCams names CCBill and SegPay, and Stripchat's list includes Epoch-related strings according to the third-party report above. When two sites share a processor, the amount and date are what identify the purchase.
| Name on statement | What it is | Published by |
|---|---|---|
| ECHST.NET, EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL, PayPal *ICFTECH | Billing names of ICF Technology, the operator of Streamate and Jerkmate | Streamate support |
| CCBill.com ActiveSoft, SegPayMFCXY | Processors used by MyFreeCams | MyFreeCams billing help |
| MFCBill.comTokens, MFCGate.comTokens | MyFreeCams billing domains | MyFreeCams billing help |
| Paymentico | Card processor named by Stripchat; at checkout also for Wero, Revolut and N26 | Stripchat help centre; Stripchat checkout (German account, 25 Oct 2026) |
| Segpay | Named at Stripchat's checkout for PayPal; also a MyFreeCams and CamSoda processor | Stripchat checkout (German account, 25 Oct 2026); MyFreeCams billing help; CamSoda help centre |
| BNGCM., TRUSTPAY.COM *BNGCM. | BongaCams card billing via LPB or TrustPay | BongaCams checkout (German account, 25 Oct 2026) |
| Epoch, Segpay, CCBill | Processors named by CamSoda | CamSoda help centre |
Checklist before you buy
Read the site's statement-name article if it has one, note the exact amount and date of your purchase, keep the confirmation email, and switch off automatic refills; with those four things done, any later charge can be matched in a minute. Sites that publish nothing still send a confirmation email with the amount, which is your reference.
If the site offers prepaid vouchers or crypto, those methods avoid the statement question entirely, as explained in paying without a credit card. For the sites' overall scores on billing privacy, see the best live cam sites ranking.
Do PayPal and crypto payments show the site?
PayPal payments show PayPal plus the operator or processor name, for example PayPal *ICFTECH on Streamate, and crypto payments appear only in your wallet history as a transfer to an address, with no site name at all. Prepaid vouchers such as paysafecard show the voucher purchase at the shop where you bought it, not the cam site.
So if the statement line is the concern, the order of discretion is crypto and vouchers first, PayPal second, cards third; the trade-off is that Stripchat's refund rule excludes them and the other sites refund at most billing errors, so treat voucher and crypto purchases as final in practice.
FAQ
Does the cam site name appear on my bank statement?
Usually not the full site name. The sites we cover bill through payment processors or operating companies, so you see names such as ECHST.NET, MFCBill.com*Tokens or Paymentico; some strings contain an abbreviation of the site, such as MFC or BNGCM, which BongaCams shows at checkout, or, in a third-party report, chaturbill.com.
What does Streamate look like on a statement?
ECHST.NET or EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL for card payments and PayPal.com *ICFTECH or PayPal *ICFTECH for PayPal, as published on Streamate's support page.
What does Stripchat look like on a statement?
The name of the payment provider that handled your purchase, such as Paymentico. Stripchat's help centre lists the possible names.
Why is the charge dated later than my purchase?
Stripchat and MyFreeCams both explain that statement dates can be a day or two after the purchase date, and that an authorisation can briefly show a slightly higher amount.
What if I do not recognise a charge?
Match it against the published names and your purchase history, then contact the site's billing support before your bank. Sites that publish nothing are marked in this guide.
