How we review

Last checked:

Short answer: We score every live cam site on five published criteria with equal weight, using only facts the provider publishes on its own help pages and terms, with the source and the date of our check on every page. Nobody can pay for a better rating, and we do not claim tests we have not run.

What we check

We read each provider's own pages: help centre, FAQ, pricing or rates page and terms and conditions. From those we record what is published about prices, free features, payment methods, refunds and billing, and we quote the source next to the number. When a provider does not publish something, the page says "not published by the provider as of" the check date instead of guessing or copying a third-party figure.

The five criteria and their weight

Each criterion scores from 0.0 to 2.0 in steps of one tenth, and the five scores add up to the rating out of 10 (a rating of 8.4 means the sub-scores sum to 8.4). All five count the same.

Criterion 2 points 0 points
Pricing transparency Public price list or per-minute rates in a known currency Prices only after login
Free features Public rooms, chat, favourites and filters without paying Little or nothing without paying
Payment options Cards plus PayPal, prepaid vouchers or crypto Cards only
Refund terms Published rule with a time window Not published, or all sales final
Billing privacy Neutral statement name published by the provider Nothing published

What we do not do

  • We do not run paid test sessions, so we never describe a show, a model or "our experience"; when that changes, the page will say so with a date.
  • We do not quote user reviews from complaint platforms; we only name the themes that recur there.
  • We do not sell rankings or positions. Affiliate links are marked "Affiliate link" next to every button, and a site without a partner programme is scored exactly like one with it.
  • We do not use numbers from third-party sites in tables or answer sentences. Where a third-party observation is useful, for example a reported bank statement name, it is shown in a clearly labelled box that search engines are asked not to quote.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you sign up through them, we may earn a commission. This does not change the price you pay and does not change a score. Every paid link is a normal link marked as sponsored, and the notice above the first table or button on a page says so. Details: Affiliate Disclosure.

How pages are updated

Every page shows one "Last checked" date. It is the day we last compared the page against the provider's published pages, and it is the same date search engines receive as the page's modification date. When a provider changes a price or a rule, we update the page and the date together; we do not change the date without re-checking.

Contact

If a provider's published information has changed and a page is out of date, tell us via the contact details in the Imprint, ideally with a link to the provider's page.
